The seat is uneven, with a saggy bottom. The seat rolled edge has predominantly lost its overhang on most edges.

Top fabric is warn, damaged and securing tacks are on show.

Although the inside back and arms are in good order there was some wobble to the arms, and therefore agreed to replace all using all traditional materials and methods
