Delivery

Post & Packing costs will be based on the weight of your order and the delivery area. Bulk charges may apply to orders that are heavy and/or bulky. It will be automatically calculated at the end of your order. You may cancel your order at any stage of the ordering process.

Alternatively, you can email your order to us, and we will calculate the delivery charge for you, including any discounts or bulk charges.

UK Delivery

Mainland UK dispatch is by Royal Mail or with a Carrier on a 24hr or 48hr service as appropriate (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, at busy times please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. (A longer delivery period may be quoted for bespoke products or items not in stock).

Orders received after 1pm may not be dispatched until the following working day.

Returned items must be accompanied by our returns form (upload button to form)

If you choose to return any product to us, you are responsible for the carriage fees. We are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit or due to bad packing.
