One of the things our diploma students always say One of the things our diploma students always say they love… is the away days.Alongside learning upholstery, we head out on a few trips during the course, and they always end up being a real highlight.We’ve visited FIRA to understand fire regulations, explored Liberty’s beautiful fabrics, seen traditional weaving and dyeing at Gainsborough, and visited Prinfab to see fabric printing in action.It adds a whole extra layer to what’s being learnt, not just how to upholster, but understanding the materials and processes behind it all.@the_amusf#upholsterycourse #upholsterykent #makersofinstagram #furnitureupholstery #creativelearning
